Before using this word, we should understand why will a person favour another one over us?
Are other employees bribing the manager?
Are other team leaders bribing the management?
Are other job seekers bribing the HRs?
Are other siblings bribing the parents?

Then, why arenāt you bribing anyone to become their favourite?

I will tell you, why you are not anyoneās favourite.

Start trusting your potential and exploiting every bit of it.

Next time when you use the word āFavoritismā, remind yourself,
The āfavouriteā one attained someoneās trust with sheer hard work!
Never fight to take someone elseās credit by using such negative words!
