Customer satisfaction - Vikash Sharma

In India, we often say “Customers are gods.” We bend over backwards to satisfy them.

But can they also be a pain? Absolutely.

Here’s the reality:

➞ Customer satisfaction is key, but at what cost?
➞ Risks when you choose agencies hastily—without clear paperwork, scope, or mutual understanding.
➞ Choosing wisely matters. Not all business is good business.

Consider this:

➞ Vet your customers. Are they clear on what they want? Are they cooperative and committed to mutual success?
➞ Avoid traps. Steer clear of projects with vague scopes or rigid mindsets.
➞ Seek partners, not just clients. The right clients enhance your work and respect your value.

Hard lesson learned:

It’s not about how many projects you land. It’s about the value each project adds.

Smart strategy:

➞ Build partnerships. Find clients who treat you as a partner, not just a provider.
➞ Long-term over short-term. A good client supports your growth and ensures fair compensation.

Choose clients who help both of you thrive.

That’s the path to sustainable success.
