I have read this many times in my feeds.
Can someone explain to me the logic behind this requirement?
Are only the alumni of Tier 1 colleges qualified enough to work for your organization?
I really don’t have any idea. Please help me understand this!!
In my whole entrepreneurial journey, I have never preferred any candidate over others because of their institute.
I believe institutes are only for imparting knowledge.
It’s the companies/industries that train them to become employees.
If you can’t train Tier 3 students to utilize the knowledge they gathered from their institute, then I doubt your potential to hire any of them!
